1. Use of the Site

2. Orders, Pricing & Payment

• Prices are shown on the site in USD and may change without notice. You are charged the price in effect at checkout.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order (for example, suspected fraud or an item that is unavailable). If we cancel after you have paid, we will refund the amount paid.
• Payment is processed by Stripe. By placing an order you authorize us to charge your payment method through Stripe for the total shown at checkout, including shipping and applicable taxes.

3. All Sales Are Final

Because Boo Grams and store items are made and packaged to order, all sales are final — no refunds or exchanges are offered except as described in our Refund Policy. By completing checkout you acknowledge that policy.

4. Shipping

Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, typically within 24–48 hours of payment. Delivery details, costs, and lost/damaged handling are described in our Shipping Policy.

5. User Content & License

You are responsible for any message, name, or other content you submit ("User Content"). You represent that you have the rights to that content and that it does not violate these Terms or any law. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, display, and process your User Content solely as needed to operate the service (for example, to print your message card, send your anonymous email, or fulfill your order).

Public use: Message content may be featured in promotional materials (such as social media previews). Please do not include private or sensitive information in messages.

6. Anonymous Email Service

The anonymous email feature sends a one-way email from a sender address that does not reveal your identity. Recipients cannot reply. Use of this feature is governed by our Acceptable Use Policy. We may refuse, block, or investigate any message, and may be required to disclose information (including the originating sender) in response to a lawful request.

7. Intellectual Property

The sendboograms.com name, logo, site design, and original content are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission.

8. Third-Party Services

The site uses third-party services (such as Stripe for payments and USPS for shipping). We are not responsible for their performance, policies, or any issues arising from their handling of your order.

9. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the order giving rise to the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, and expenses arising out of your User Content or your violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which sendboograms.com operates, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. We will try to resolve disputes informally — please contact us first.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
