Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Orders are prepared and shipped within 24–48 hours of payment confirmation (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link once it leaves us.

Carriers & Transit Time

We ship via USPS Priority Mail. Typical transit time is 1–3 business days to most U.S. destinations after the package leaves our facility. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed by us or by the carrier.

Shipping Regions

At this time, we ship only to addresses within the United States. We do not ship internationally or to P.O. boxes in some remote areas. If your address is outside our service area, your order may be canceled and refunded.

Shipping Costs

• Small / Large Boo Gram Bundle — $10 per bundle (most ship to separate addresses).
• Party Bundle — $35 per bundle.
• Card Only — $1 per card (stamped and mailed).
• Store Items — $7 flat for the whole order (all store items ship together).

Shipping is calculated at checkout. Applicable sales tax is added on top of the order subtotal and shipping.

Tracking

Once your order ships, we send a shipping notification email with a USPS tracking link. You can also look up your order anytime on the Track Order page using your order number.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If a package is delayed or appears lost, please send us a note via our Message Board. We will open a trace with USPS on your behalf. Shipping estimates are not guarantees; we are not liable for carrier-caused delays once the package has left our facility.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable (wrong address, refused, or unclaimed), we will contact you. Per our Refund Policy, we are not obligated to refund undelivered orders but may re-ship to a corrected address after you pay the additional shipping cost.
