Acceptable Use Policy

Prohibited Uses

You may not use the site or any feature on it (including messages and anonymous emails) to:

• Threaten, harass, stalk, intimidate, or frighten any person.
• Send hate speech, slurs, or content that targets someone based on race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected traits.
• Impersonate any person, brand, or organization, or misrepresent who you are.
• Commit fraud, cheat, or deceive others.
• Send spam or unsolicited bulk messages.
• Encourage, depict, or facilitate illegal activity.
• Infringe another person's copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property.
• Share sexual content involving minors, or any content exploiting minors.
• Share non-consensual intimate content, doxxing, or private personal information.
• Send malware, phishing, or any harmful code.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or attack the site or its infrastructure.

Anonymous Email — Specific Rules

The anonymous email feature is one-way: recipients cannot reply, and your identity is not revealed. This feature exists for fun, surprises, and tipline-style anonymous notes — not for harassment or abuse. Specifically you may not:

• Use anonymous email to threaten or extort anyone.
• Use it to evade a no-contact order, restraining order, or block.
• Spread false, defamatory, or knowingly harmful claims about a person.
• Bombard a recipient with repeated unwanted emails (rate limits apply): you may send a maximum of three anonymous emails in any 24-hour window.
• Send known malware or phishing links as attachments or message content.

Reporting Abuse

If you received an anonymous email and want to report it, use our Report Abuse page. Reported recipients are blocked from receiving future anonymous emails from this service.

Enforcement

We may, at our discretion and without notice:

• Block a sender, recipient, email, IP, or device from using the service.
• Suspend accounts and refuse future orders.
• Cancel pending orders and refund affected payments.
• Preserve content and metadata for investigation.
• Disclose records (including otherwise-anonymous sender information) to law enforcement or in response to a lawful request, court order, or subpoena.

Monitoring

We do not actively read every message. We do, however, reserve the right to review, investigate, block, or report any content that comes to our attention, including via abuse reports. You have no expectation of privacy in messages sent through this service beyond what is stated in our Privacy Policy.

Legal Requests

For subpoenas, court orders, or law-enforcement requests, send us a request through our Message Board. We respond to valid legal process and may disclose identifying information where required.
