Answers to common Boo Grams questions
Last updated: August 2026
What is a Boo Gram?
A Boo Gram is a glow-in-the-dark surprise bundle: pick a drink, choose a cake, write a message, and we ship it to their door inside our signature spooky-cute packaging.
How fast does it ship?
Orders are prepared and shipped within 24–48 hours of payment via USPS Priority Mail, which typically arrives in 1–3 business days. See our Shipping Policy.
Are refunds available?
All sales are final because every item is made to order. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with a photo per our Refund Policy.
Can I stay anonymous?
Yes. Choose the Anonymous option when building your Boo Gram, or use the standalone Anonymous Email feature.
How does the anonymous email work?
We send a one-way email to the recipient without revealing your identity. The recipient cannot reply. A confirmation receipt is sent to an email you provide so you have a record. Misuse is governed by our Acceptable Use Policy.
Can I send one order to multiple recipients?
Yes — you can add multiple Boo Grams in a single checkout, each with its own recipient, message, and shipping address.
How do I track my order?
Use the Track Order page with your order number, or follow the USPS tracking link in your shipping-confirmation email.
Do you store my credit-card details?
No. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number, CVV, or other sensitive card data.
Can I use a promo code?
Yes — promo codes can be applied on the Review & Pay step of checkout. Promo codes have rules and expiration dates set by us.
Can the recipient tell who sent it?
Only if you choose to include your name. If you select Anonymous, no sender information is shown on the print or in any email.
What can I write in a message?
Anything legal and respectful. Please don't include private or sensitive information — messages may be featured in promotions. See our Acceptable Use Policy.
